Our Integrated Management System (IMS) is the foundation for ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Aligned with our strategic goals, our Quality Policy is based on the following principles:

  • Customer-Centric Approach – We ensure that our Data Space Platform (DSP) effectively delivers data mediation services internationally, enabling data holders (hospitals and health centers) to promote, manage, and provide data securely to users. Customer satisfaction is a key measure of our success.
  • Operational Excellence – We continuously improve our processes to enhance efficiency and minimise non-quality issues, mitigating risks and ensuring robust, reliable, and effective solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Security – We guarantee compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, ensuring that our data management processes meet the highest security and compliance standards.
  • Sustainability & Continuous Improvement – We strive for financial sustainability, aiming to achieve cash break-even by December 2027, and invest in the ongoing improvement of our QMS to drive innovation and long-term success.

This policy is communicated, understood, and applied at all levels of the IOMED. It is periodically reviewed to ensure its ongoing suitability and effectiveness in supporting our mission and strategic direction.

This Quality Policy has been formally approved and signed by IOMED’s Management, reaffirming our commitment to quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
